On a recent morning, I headed out to a kundalini yoga class, looking forward to the renewed energy and fresh perspective I would likely have after the class. But when I arrived at the studio, the teacher wasn't there and after a few minutes, we learned she would not be showing up. There were 4 of us who had planned to attend the class and I suggested that we take a leap and together, piece together a class. Three of us were up to the challenge so we got settled into the room.
